Before founding evidence in 2008, Grant spent 10 years working in product development for the construction, outdoor, and tech markets. During this time, he was a multi-award winning industrial designer, developed large-scale product line plans for numerous brands, and helped entire organizations with product turnaround strategies.
In 2010 he accepted a long term role to develop data and information systems for the energy sector. In this role he was led a multidisciplinary team to deliver real-time data across multiple time zones and to multiple platforms and devices.
Grant holds a BS in structural engineering from the University of Illinois, and a BS in industrial design and product development from Western Washington University.
Grant is an enthuastic supporter of developing young minds through sport. A former open-level volleyball player, Grant and his wife Ashley run a sports performance training center that focuses on the preparing young athletes for the rigors of NCAA competition.
